I had leftover Kurobuta Ham from Snake River Farms, and this ham and cheese omelette is the perfect recipe for the leftover ham.  You can use any ham, luckily I had this! Kurobuta ham is juicy, smokey, beautifully colored and marbled.  Add that with some good cheddar cheese, fresh eggs and some fresh herbs and you have a perfect preakfast.
